We have set up various resources to help you find the answers to your questions and to resolve any issues you may have. It is strongly recommended that you first search through them (FAQ) before contacting us for support. Doing so will often save you lots of unnecessary wait time. If you are unable to find the answer you are looking for, you should contact us directly through either our Help Desk or e-mail.

All technical support inquiries should be directed to the Support Center/Helpdesk
where the appropriate personnel can assist you.
Our online Help Desk is fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by experienced
customer service and technical support representatives. The Help Desk allows you to login
and edit/track your support requests with a unique tracking number and also notifies you
by e-mail when your support issue has been updated and/or resolved.
